Why a missed deadline costs more than you think
A vehicle with expired mandatory insurance is not allowed on the road, and an overdue technical inspection attracts fines and immobilisation. For a fleet, every such oversight means a car off the road, delays and unexpected costs. The problem is not negligence but volume: dozens of vehicles, each with its own insurance, inspection, road tax and service deadlines, are impossible to track from memory or a manual calendar. 4fleet takes over this task: it records every deadline and warns you automatically before it becomes a problem.
Every vehicle deadline, tracked automatically
For each vehicle, 4fleet keeps track of all the important deadlines: the insurance expiry date, the inspection due date, the road tax validity, the next periodic service (by mileage or date), the seasonal tyre change and the lease instalments or comprehensive policies. As a deadline approaches, the vehicle is highlighted in the dashboard, and you instantly see what needs renewing and for which car — without searching through documents or remembering dozens of dates.
In-app alerts, right where you work
4fleet notifications are strictly in-app: they appear in the dashboard and on each vehicle's profile, do not clutter your inbox and do not depend on an SMS that can get lost. When you open the app, you immediately see what expires in the coming days, ordered by urgency. This way, renewing insurance or booking the inspection becomes a task planned in advance, not a last-minute emergency. You set how many days in advance you want to be warned, separately for each type of deadline.
Configurable thresholds for each deadline type
Mandatory insurance deserves a warning two weeks ahead, to give time to compare offers; road tax can be renewed in a minute, so an alert a few days before is enough. 4fleet lets you configure the warning threshold for each type of deadline. Every fleet has its own rhythm, and the notifications adapt to it — neither too early, so you ignore them, nor too late, so you run out of time to react.
