How do you organise trip sheets for several cars?
With several cars, trip sheets are easy to lose if they are kept on paper or in separate files for each vehicle.

- Keep one sheet per vehicle and driver, not one shared sheet for the whole fleet.
- Save the routes you use often and generate the sheets from them, for the days in a date range.
- Each sheet shows the normed consumption based on the vehicle's norm.
- At the end of the month you print the monthly sheet, with the fuel balance.
