4fleet or TrackGPS: records and deadlines, or live location?
The two products answer different questions. TrackGPS answers where a vehicle is and how it is being driven. 4fleet answers what is due, what each vehicle costs and what the trip sheets show.
Short answer
- TrackGPS publishes real-time GPS location, fuel tank level monitoring, driver behaviour checks and a mobile app for iOS, Android and Huawei.
- TrackGPS publishes no prices; the site asks for a request for an offer.
- The TrackGPS pages consulted do not publish RCA, ITP or road-tax alerts, nor trip sheets.
- 4fleet has no GPS and no mobile app. It keeps vehicle records, a due-date list in the panel, costs per vehicle and trip sheets built from saved routes.

Where TrackGPS is the better choice
- You need to know where vehicles are now, or get an alert when one leaves a route.
- You want driver behaviour checks and a fuel level read from the tank.
- Your drivers need a mobile app to report on the road.
Where 4fleet is the better choice
- You want a due-date list for insurance, inspection, road tax and service, per vehicle.
- You want costs per vehicle and cost per kilometre since purchase, without installing hardware.
- You do not need the position of the cars, only their records.
