The team

4fleet is run by a team of three specialists: Andrei Ionescu (product & UX — a former fleet and vehicle-operations manager turned software builder who understands fleet administration from the inside), Mihai Popa (lead full-stack developer — platform architecture, ecosystem integrations and data security) and Ioana Constantin (customer success & onboarding — configures every new fleet account, trains fleet managers and remains the dedicated contact for the life of the subscription). We work with companies that run vehicle fleets and individuals with multiple cars across Romania, from a few vehicles to fleets with hundreds of cars.
